Responsibilities
* Advising interested customers on site face to face in the store, over the phone, online and via email.
* Renting of our storage rooms, merchandise sales and achieving the required targets.
* Supporting existing customers with queries and any issues.
* Store maintenance duties and cleaning.
* General administrative activities and contract management.
* Support for the smooth operation of our stores.
Qualifications
* You ideally have retail/commercial work experience (e.g. consultative sales or customer service).
* You enjoy advising and convincing customers.
* You can work alone and in a team.
* You are reliable, honest, and committed.
* You are interested in further training and promotion opportunities.
* You do not mind keeping the warehouse clean.
* Microsoft Office: Outlook and Word is desirable.
