Location: Andover (Hybrid)
Salary: £76,000pa
Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 37 hours per week

Overview:
First Military Recruitment is proudly working in partnership with a fantastic International Defence business who are looking to recruit a Training Solutions Architect on a permanent basis due to growth based at their Andover depot. The role will also be a hybrid position with 3 days in the office/onsite and 2 days working from home.
As a Training Solutions Architect, you’ll have a role that’s out of the ordinary. You’ll play a pivotal part in developing world class training solutions for the defence and resilience industry.
Duties and Responsibilities:
Create technical specifications such as system and user development requirements
Develop training compliance management plans
Provide thought leadership and subject-matter expertise on training systems and platforms.
Build and maintain effective relationships internally and externally
Maintain currency in new platform and training system development
Skills and Qualifications:
Experience of designing and developing systems training (such as vehicles, airframes, weapon systems etc)
Broad understanding of how technology can enhance training
Experience of project managing training development programmes
Understanding of the environment which our customers conduct operations (defence)
Understanding of systems approach to training (SAT) is desirable
