Our client is a celebrated Berkshire restaurant that has rapidly earned a reputation for excellence since opening last year. They champion provenance and seasonal produce, working closely with trusted suppliers to let outstanding British ingredients shine.
They’re looking for a motivated Chef De Partie who’s hungry to learn, grow and progress. The kitchen works to standards in line with a 3 AA Rosette level, and they’re very happy to consider chefs currently in strong 1–2 Rosette brigades who are ready for the step up.
Due to the restaurant’s countryside location, having your own transport is essential.

1. £32,000 per annum plus a guaranteed service charge of up to £4,200

Responsibilities as a Chef De Partie…
6. Running your section with precision across prep, service and close
7. Consistently delivering dishes to a high standard aligned with top-tier rosette kitchens
8. Supporting and guiding junior chefs to uphold best practice
9. Maintaining excellent food safety, cleaning routines and HACCP records
10. Contributing ideas and feedback to drive standards and seasonal menu development
