We’re now looking for a driven professional to play a key role in maintaining and improving our housing stock while helping us deliver the very best repairs and maintenance service. Working closely with our Responsive Repair and Voids Manager, you’ll make sure that day-to-day repairs, inspections, and major works are delivered to the highest standards — giving our tenants and leaseholders a service they can trust. What you’ll be doing Partnering with our contractors to make sure maintenance services are delivered on time, to budget, and in line with our commitments. Building strong, positive relationships with colleagues, housing teams, and external support services. Overseeing repairs to ensure they’re ordered, completed, and invoiced correctly and efficiently. Leading pre- and post-inspections to guarantee quality, value for money, and excellent results for our residents. Why join us?
