With a base in 5 European countries and a growing presence in mainland Europe, we are looking for a Transport Planning Executive to play a major role in our Global Solutions team.
With our dedicated airside fleet and driving team, GBA Logistics offers a uniquely transparent one-stop-shop in aviation logistics. We provide customer-tailored services including domestic and international scheduled transport; freight management; UK & European aircraft-on-ground (AOG) dedicated transport; and inventory management.
Key Responsibilities
* Initiate & co-ordinate transport bookings both on our internal fleet and external approved subcontractors.
* Provide timely and proactive updates on all movements directly to our customers.
* Liaising with customers, partners, shipping lines, and carriers.
* General Administration.
* Maintaining Aviation Security protocols and a safe working environment at all times.
You
* >2 years previous transport planning or logistics experience.
* Full, UK Driving License with less than 6 points.
* The ability to prioritise and organise own workload to tight deadlines.
* 5 Year checkable employment history & Right to work in the UK.
