Your New Role
As a Quality Assurance and Performance Reporting Officer, you will play a key role in ensuring the highest standards across all products and services. Working closely with the HSEQ Manager, you will lead quality assurance processes and mentor team members to build a results-driven and collaborative culture.You will be responsible for implementing and auditingpany policies, ensuring adequate resources and equipment are in place, and maintaining strongmunication with clients and colleagues. A significant part of your role will involve organising and delivering internal and external reports in line with contractual and business requirements.Key responsibilities include:
1. Developing and maintaining thepany’s Quality System.
2. Designing and executing QA strategies, policies, and procedures.
3. Conducting thorough testing of processes, including functional, regression, performance, and security testing.
4. Collaborating with cross-functional teams to align quality standards with business goals.
5. Reporting on internal and contractual KPIs and rmending improvements.
6. Managing relationships with external partners and vendors.
7. Conducting internal audits with HOCHTIEF, vendors, and contractors.
8. Staying up to date with industry trends and QA best practices.
What You'll Need to Succeed
9. Level 4 Award in the Internal Quality Assurance of Assessment Processes and Practice (RQF).
10. Minimum of 5 years’ experience in quality assurance.
11. Strong understanding of the software development lifecycle and testing methodologies.
12. Proven experience implementing QA frameworks aligned with ISO standards.
13. Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
14. Strongmunication and organisational abilities.
15. A collaborative mindset with the ability to motivate and develop others.
16. Flexibility and a proactive approach to problem-solving.
