Hybrid in London, UK. We’re looking for a Full Stack Engineer to join our Offers Team and help design and build orchestrated services for loan offer generation.

The Team
Our Offers team owns the systems that generate loan offers and optimises pricing and credit limits. You’ll work with data scientists, strategy analysts, and software engineers.
Role Overview
As a full‑stack engineer, you’ll work closely with the tech and product strategy lead, focusing mainly on back‑end development while also contributing to front‑end as needed.
Key Projects
* Optimise and deploy live decision models – reduce runtime of optimisation models with data scientists.
* Redesign offer generation architecture – refactor and simplify existing services.
* Implement new customer offer display interfaces – develop UI features for loan offers.
* Develop robust analytics infrastructure – build data models and pipelines for accurate data collection.
Essential Requirements
* Proficiency in Python and back‑end engineering.
* Designing, building, and managing relational databases.
* Building and maintaining API endpoints.
* Full‑stack experience, including React/TypeScript front‑end.
* Strong communication skills – translate business needs into technical solutions.
Bonus
* Experience with Django and PostgreSQL.
* Experience with design tools such as Figma.
* DevOps practices – containerisation and CI/CD.
* Strong numerical or technical background – degree in maths, physics, computer science, engineering or relevant experience.
Salary
£65,000 – £80,000 (plus performance reviews and market‑aligned benchmarking). Include your salary goals in your application.
