A leading public sector organisation in Northern Ireland is seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Administrator to join its support team. This role is based within a busy operational environment and plays a key part in delivering high-quality training programmes for healthcare professionals.
Your new role
As an Administrator, you will provide essential support to the wider team, ensuring the smooth coordination of training activities across the region. You will be responsible for:
1. Managing course bookings, attendance records, and evaluation data
2. Handling correspondence and responding to queries from internal and external stakeholders
3. Supporting the logistics of training delivery, including venues and materials
4. Maintaining accurate documentation and contributing to process improvements
5. Liaising with facilitators, delegates, and other departments to ensure seamless operations
What you'll need to succeed
6. 12 Months' relevant experience – experience should be in a customer service/purchasing and logistics environment with regular use of patient administrationputer systems and order processingputer systems.
7. Five GCSEs (including GCSE English Language and GCSE Maths (Grades A* to C) OR equivalent qualifications to demonstrate literacy and numeracy OR Higher qualifications.
8. All applicants must have one year’s experience working with Microsoft Office software to include Word, Excel and Outlook or similar.
