CUSTOMER OPERATIONS SUPERVISOR
Carbon60 is looking to recruit a Customer Operations Supervisor to work for a leading Specialised Industrial Service Provider based in Malton.
ROLE: Customer Operations Supervisor
PAY RATE: between £13.46/hr - £15.38/hr, between £28,000 - £32,000 per annum
JOB TYPE: temp to perm
LOCATION: Malton (YO17)
HOURS: Full time, Monday to Friday, 8.30am - 5pm, 40 hours per week, 30 min break
THE ROLE:
1. When Customer Operations Manager is off-site, oversee team operation on-site in their absence to ensure consistent service requirements are met for the customer, additional duties will be addressed with the manager during assignment.
2. Use order book to expedite orders and speak to suppliers on a daily basis to ensure orders are on schedule.
3. Placing orders within necessary timeframes, ensuring best lead time, price and delivery times.
4. Assist stores colleagues with booking in goods/deliveries, correctly allocating stock into the storeroom.
5. Providing excellent customer service and assistance to the engineers on-site who attend the office.
6. Completing necessary steps to enable any non-stocked parts to be sourced, assessing price, lead time and delivery speed and uploaded to the stock systems.
