About the role As SEND Coordinator you will be able to demonstrate effective ways to raise the attainment of SEND children in the school. We would welcome applications from you, if you have: sound knowledge of the SEND Code of Practice Understanding of what makes ‘quality first’ teaching, and of effective intervention strategies the ability to plan and evaluate interventions data analysis skills and the ability to use data to inform provision planning effective communication and interpersonal skills the ability to build effective working relationships the ability to influence and negotiate good record-keeping skills.
