The DRVN Automotive Group recruiting exclusively for a Junior Maintenance Engineer / Technician to join their dynamic team in Coventry to work on the most exciting programmes announced to date.
As a Junior Maintenance Engineer / Technician, you will be responsible for maintaining, troubleshooting, and improving production equipment to ensure maximum uptime and efficiency within a manufacturing environment.

Responsibilities
* Diagnose and repair electrical and mechanical faults
* Work on automated production equipment and machinery
* Respond quickly to breakdowns to minimise downtime
* Carry out planned preventative maintenance (PPM)
* Ensure all equipment is serviced and maintained to required standards
* Maintain accurate maintenance records
* Fault finding on PLC systems (e.g. Siemens, Allen Bradley)
* Maintain sensors, drives, motors, and control systems
* Support continuous improvement of automated processes
* Identify recurring faults and implement solutions
* Improve reliability, uptime, and equipment performance (OEE)
* Work in line with HSE regulations
* Ensure equipment complies with PUWER and safety standards
* Level 2 or Level 3 Engineering qualification
* Basic mechanical/electrical knowledge
* Willingness to learn
* Apprenticeship or some industry experience
* Basic understanding of manufacturing equipment
