Job Details This position is for a permanent Caretaker/Cleaner based at Halbeath Depot, covering here and the surrounding area as required. Hours of work are 1:00pm to 6:00pm Monday to Friday. You will earn a competitive salary of £23,783.40 to £27,087.17 pro-rata and have access to a range of benefits, including: We pay the Scottish Local Government Living Wage of £12.67 per hour for this post, plus extra payments for shift work, including weekends. The Person Educated to SCQF level 5, which includes National 5 or SVQ level 2 or Standard Grades at Credit level including English or equivalent. Experience of resolving telephone enquiries. Practical knowledge in a customer facing environment. Communication skills. Team working skills (work together). Cleaning and maintaining all designated areas to a high standard. Ability to provide a regular and effective service, working alone or as part of a team. Have the ability to travel throughout the required area within a limited timescale. You will be required to attend an Induction Training Day before starting in post.
