Junior Project Manager - Engineering & Automation Projects (Open to Graduates - Engineering/Manufacturing Experience desirable) About the Role: We're recruiting on behalf of a leading engineering firm specialising in automation and bespoke manufacturing solutions for industries like Water Treatment, Food Production, and Recycling. Due to ongoing growth, we're looking for a Junior Project Manager to join their team and support the delivery of fast-paced engineering and manufacturing projects. This role is ideal for a graduate in Business, Engineering or related disciplines who is eager to learn and build a career in project management. Ideal Background: A degree in Business Management, Engineering, Manufacturing, or similar A proactive mindset, with strong organisational and communication skills Ideally, some experience in or exposure to a technical, engineering, or manufacturing environment (e.g. internship, industrial placement, part-time job, final year project) Keen interest in project delivery, process improvement, and working cross-functionally Ability to read or understand technical information (training provided) The Offer: £35,000 DOE Full training and mentorship from experienced colleagues.
