Key Responsibilities
* Hold Registered Manager accountability for a learning disabilitydomiciliary service, ensuring full CQC compliance and high-quality care delivery.
* Provide strategic and operational leadership across geographically dispersed teams, including quality assurance, governance, and on-call oversight.
* Drive service improvement and growth, working with commissioners, partners, and internal stakeholders to develop sustainable services.
About You
* Current Registered Manager experience within complex care, domiciliary care, or community-based services.
* Strong working knowledge of CQC regulations, governance, and quality assurance frameworks across adult and childrens services.
* Proven experience leading and developing multidisciplinary or remote teams within regulated care environments.
