They are looking for a Lettings negotiator ideally with experience within the property industry.
Responsibilities
* Arranging and carrying property viewings
* Negotiating lets
* Listening to potential tenants requirements and selling the best suited property
* Liaising with customers to answer any queries they have
Skill set
* Recent experience working as a Lettings Negotiator
* Strong written and verbal communication skills
* Full UK driving license and Car
