About the Role
As a Hotel Manager at our Bournemouth Sands Hotel, Bournemouth you'll oversee daily hotel operations and lead a team across reception, housekeeping, food & beverage, and maintenance. Your goal is to ensure smooth operations and deliver excellent guest experiences aligned with Daish's values: clean accommodation, good food, great entertainment, and friendly service.
Key Responsibilities
* Manage all hotel departments to ensure efficient, high-quality service.
* Recruit, train, and motivate staff; conduct performance reviews.
* Oversee budgeting, control costs, and monitor financial results.
* Handle guest feedback and resolve complaints to maintain satisfaction.
* Support marketing efforts to boost occupancy and promote the hotel.
* Ensure compliance with health & safety and licensing regulations.
* Maintain hotel facilities, cleanliness, and safety standards.
* Build positive relationships with guests, staff, and suppliers.
What You'll Need
* Experience in hotel or leisure management.
