What you’ll be doing day to day:
1. Creating and quality checking Revit models derived from point cloud data
2. Producing BIM-ready outputs that are accurate, consistent and aligned to agreed standards
3. Validating both graphical and non-graphical model data to support reliable deliverables
4. Working with Project Managers, Surveyors and other technicians to agree the best approach and workflow
5. Managing project information within a Common Data Environment and following QA and data governance processes
6. Sharing ideas to improve how we model, check, and deliver work as a team

Requirements for the role:
7. 2+ years’ experience using Revit in a BIM environment
8. A strong understanding of BIM standards and model authoring best practice
9. Experience working with point cloud data
10. Experience working within a Common Data Environment
11. A quality-driven mindset and the organisation skills to meet deadlines
12. Clear communication and a team-first approach
13. Experience with other BIM software, clash detection, Dynamo or geospatial data is useful, but not essential
