As a Multi Skilled Maintenance Engineer at Honeywell in the Southwest, you will be responsible for ensuring the day-to-day delivery of planned and reactive maintenance tasks, undertaking electrical and mechanical building service Planned Preventative Maintenance (PPM), along with plumbing and HVAC works, and ensuring that all Health and Safety procedures are followed as per Honeywell guidelines. This is a field-based role working at client sites across the Southwest, including Bristol, Bath, Trowbridge, and other areas across Wiltshire and Dorset.

Key responsibilities:
* Prioritize and undertake reactive and Planned Preventative Maintenance tasks to ensure optimum levels of service delivery, carried out in line with task schedules and reactive maintenance requests.
* Install new M&E equipment as required, including minor new works, refurbishment, and capital works replacement programs, and respond to site callouts and emergencies as necessary.
* Highlight faults and provide quotations for remedial works.
* Install and repair plant as required and directed, acting promptly and effectively on reactive maintenance issues and requests.
* Maintain a customer-focused approach within all operational activities, fostering effective relationships with key client contacts.
Key skills and qualifications:
* Previous experience in building maintenance, including mechanical, electrical, and plumbing skills, with City and Guilds qualification or equivalent in electrical services/maintenance.
* Knowledge of health and safety requirements, including lone working protocols.
* Customer service experience and the ability to communicate effectively at all levels.
* Full UK driving license.
