Your new companyWe are currently seeking an experienced and reliable Painter/Decorator to join a busy team working across social housing properties. This role involves carrying out internal and external painting and decorating works in occupied and void properties, ensuring all work is completed to a high standard while respecting tenants and health & safety requirements.
Your new role
* Painting and decorating internal and external areas of social housing properties
* Preparing surfaces including filling, sanding, stripping, and priming
* Painting walls, ceilings, woodwork, doors, frames, and communal areas
* Working in both tenanted and void properties with a professional and respectful approach
* Completing works to schedule and housing association standards
* Ensuring properties are left clean, tidy, and safe after work is completed
What you'll need to succeed
* Proven experience as a painter/decorator, ideally within social housing
* Ability to work independently and manage workloads
* Full UK Driving licence
