Bespoke Product & Lifestyle ExecutiveAssignment Type: Temporary, ongoing basis where you will be engaged via Hays.Location: ChichesterWorking Environment: office based on site - hybrid.Pay type:petitive hourly pay rate.Our clientThe World’s pre-eminent super-luxury automotive brand based in Goodwood, near Chichester, West Sussex, whichprises its global headquarters and Global Centre of Luxury Manufacturing Excellence.What awaits you?Key ResponsibilitiesManage the development and maturation of the Rolls-Royce Lifestyle Collection, support the ordering, serviceability & procurement of proactive and reactive bespoke features via Ownership Services.Key accountabilities of the functionAct as the interface between UR-V-B and UR-V-A-3/UR-V-A-6 to ensure that bespoke features in development have an adequate level of support in line with the agreed Service Level Agreement (SLA). Make sound decisions that put the customer at the centre at all times.Maintain and manage the Bespoke Serviceability SLA between contracted departments.Manage the Bespoke & Personalised steering processes, ensuring they remain relevant to business requirements and process partners. Ensure all orders can be steered effectively and dispatched in a timely manner.Authenticate P & E Feature orders, raise and maintain feature sheets for all personalised accessories and bespoke parts that require a design scheme (Liaise with internal departments where required).Creates and manages the development of the Rolls-Royce Motor Cars' lifestyle collection from concept to business case evaluation, through development and launch to the global dealer network.Identifies and developsmercial opportunities through regular reporting and analysis of current and future performance. Takes tactical or long-range action where required, including range reviews of key products, driving sales through tactical offers, or deleting poor performers from the portfolio.Engages with the Rolls-Royce Regional Teams to exchange ideas and best practice,municate on new product launches, engage the Dealer Network and inform future product development.Monitors other luxury brands in the sector to ensure the RRMC lifestyle portfolio can be maintained at a levelmensurate with the brand.Impact on innovations and changesMakes a significant global Ownership Services impact with a limited budget and headcount.Educates and coaches the bespoke development matrix, as circumstances dictate, to consider feature serviceability during development phases.Has a flexible and innovative approach as the business circumstances, legislation and individual markets needs may change frequently and without warning, to have a direct impact upon the Ownership Services Business.Finds the balance between considering the right product development opportunities against the context of a limited development budget and finite resources.Can appreciate the cultural differences and sensitivities of our global network and legal requirements, to define region-specific solutions where required.Gains the buy-in and trust of senior management, directors and key stakeholders.Purpose and subject of the interactionmunication with internal/external interfaces, negotiating mandateChampion the voice of the customer within bespoke circles/meetings to ensure that bespoke features are supported, and their requirements fulfilled wherever practical.Displays a customer-centric approach at all times, putting the customer first during decision-making on bespoke serviceability and product development topics.Engages with the licencing teams (BC-3) in Munich to ensure that RRMC interests are protected.Co-ordinates with UR-V-M dealer marketing, product marketing,munications and brand teams to align launch activities.Conducts regular reviews with key suppliers alongside Parts Material Planning, ensuring performance is measured and managed accordingly.Engages and manages third party suppliers, alongside Parts Material Planning, to ensure adherence to deadlines during the product development process and the ongoing supply once the product is launched.Educational Background University Degree Level or similarWork experience, leadership experience.Excellent Project Management skills with extensive technical knowledge.Business-wide knowledge and experience, with a sound appreciation of bespoke processes.Automotive understanding gained either in a Manufacturing or Engineering environment.Proven Project Management skills and experience in running cross-functional teams.Additional skills: special skills / technical abilityExcellent analytical and financial skills. Strong interpersonal,munication (verbal and written), presentation and influencing skills.Ability to network and build relationships within the Bespoke organisation. Ability to effectively work in a cross-functional matrix organisation.Innovative, can-do attitude, able to motivate and inspire others at all levels of the organisation to deliver the required features to demanding timelines.
