12 Month Fixed Term Contract | £24,700 | West Malling, Hybrid
As a Customer Service Advisor, you will join an award-winning team dedicated to delivering exceptional support to customers in a dynamic and evolving industry. You’ll handle a variety of customer queries via phone and email, ensuring these are managed efficiently, professionally, and in line with service standards.

Key Responsibilities
Providing high-quality helpdesk-style support via telephone and email
Navigating internal systems and following established processes
Managing customer enquiries with professionalism and accuracy
Liaising with relevant external providers to ensure smooth service delivery
Taking ownership of queries and ensuring timely resolutions
Meeting agreed team KPIs and service excellence standards
Developing a strong understanding of company products, systems and procedures
About You
We’re looking for a proactive and organised customer service professional who has:
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Strong attention to detail and a commitment to delivering great customer experiences
The ability to multitask and work under pressure
Confidence working independently as well as part of a team
Good problem-solving capabilities
Experience using Microsoft Office (Teams, Word, Excel, Outlook)
Previous customer service experience is highly desirable
