Responsibilities and duties of the Compliance Manager role Reporting to the Head of Development, you will: Maintain and enhance the organisation's Integrated Management System (IMS) to ensure continued compliance with ISO standards. Conduct internal audits across UK sites to monitor and improve adherence to legal, environmental, and quality standards. Manage and update legal and statutory registers, ensuring all obligations are identified and met. Collaborate with colleagues across the business to support compliance reporting, including environmental and corporate sustainability requirements.
