The opportunity
This is a rare chance to step into a founding finance role during a major carve-out and transformation. You'll be the Regional Financial Controller for the UK and Australia/New Zealand, helping to build finance processes and governance from the ground up. It's a high-impact position where you'll partner with senior stakeholders, deliver critical statutory and compliance requirements, and play a key role in shaping the future finance landscape.
What you'll do
* Lead statutory, tax, treasury, and compliance activities across UK & ANZ.
* Deliver transformation initiatives, including ERP/system migration and process design.
* Identify gaps, design solutions, and drive implementation across finance processes.
* Manage external audit, statutory reporting, and internal controls.
* Partner with business leaders to ensure strong governance and commercial awareness.
What you'll bring
