What You'll Be Doing Deliver engaging lessons tailored to diverse learning needs, including SEN support Provide one-on-one and small group tutoring sessions as needed Monitor and assess student progress, adapting your approach to ensure success Conduct workplace visits to review and assess apprentices Work closely with parents, guardians, and employers to support learner development Collaborate with colleagues to build a positive, inclusive learning environment ??
