Assistant Mortgage Administration - What You'll be Doing:
* Monitor and follow up with customers for overdue mortgage payments, ground rent and management fees whilst recording the correct performing status of loans
* Monitor the daily retail mortgage payment report to process interest adjustment when required
* Process drawdown, collateral and repayment information in relevant system for retail mortgage business
* Reconcile overdue interest and make adjustment for retail mortgage
* Review legal and loan documents and approvals before drawdown for retail mortgage
* Send repayment notice to customers in a timely manner
* Take and release title deeds and other securities and maintain the safe keeping of security documents
* Analyse facility limit and resolve issues with branches prior to drawdown
* Ensure operations risks are minimised in relation to daily transactions
* Investigate and respond to customer queries in relation to retail mortgage
* Monitor repayment funds via GUPP and suspense account
* Prepare an annual and interim mortgage statement
* Prepare SWIFT in GUPP for the retail mortgage drawdown
* Liaise with relevant external stakeholders as required
Assistant Mortgage Administration - The Skills You'll Need to Succeed:
* Degree educated in Business, Finance or Accounting
* Proven track record in similar business stream
* Good experience of retail mortgage products and processing
* Good knowledge of regulatory requirements for retail mortgage
* Excellent numerical skills
* Commercial awareness
* Proficient in Microsoft Office particularly in the use of MS Excel
* Team player with ability to work independently
* Excellent English and Mandarin communication skills
