There will also be a requirement to act as Contract Administrator on a number of service contracts related to building maintenance and taking control of the upkeep of a dashboard which provides information on service contract KPI’s etc. Providing reports, both written and verbal, to management on a regular basis. The Person Experience of working in a construction environment with experience as an Assistant Project Manager or Contract Administrator. Educated to a minimum of SCQF level 7 which includes HNC or equivalent in an appropriate construction or professional discipline along with considerable post qualifying experience in an appropriate post.
