About the Role
Duty Manager, Hotel du Vin – £33,000 per annum, 45 hours, permanent contract. Set shifts. Competitive salary and career development. Work across F&B and Front Office teams in our bustling hotel, serving as a hands‑on manager with experience in a busy Food & Beverage environment. Development from Junior HoD to Senior HoD is a key focus.
* Oversee daily operations of Food & Beverage and Front Office departments.
* Assist breakfast team, manage busy check‑outs, and coordinate bedroom inspections with Housekeeping.
* Maintain guest relations and stay current on local area trends.
* Progress toward senior Head of Department roles within Malmaison or Hotel du Vin.
