Were looking for an experienced and motivated Cleaning Team Leader to join our Estates Management Team. Youll lead a team of 15 cleaners (including mobile and hostel cleaners) to deliver high-quality cleaning services across our head office and off-site locations. This is a hands-on leadership role where youll ensure standards are met, health and safety requirements are adhered to, and customer satisfaction remains a top priority.
Key Responsibilities
1. Supervise and support the cleaning team to deliver services across multiple sites.
2. Ensure cleaning meets agreed standards and performance targets.
3. Organise and conduct team meetings and individual performance reviews.
4. Maintain compliance with Health & Safety and environmental regulations (including COSHH).
5. Arrange ad hoc works such as deep cleans and specialist floor cleaning.
