Responsibilities
* Actively approach and assist clients at the Manchester showroom.
* Identify customer requirements and recommend suitable product ranges based on dimensions, budget and style preferences.
* Provide detailed, accurate quotations within agreed time frames.
* Answer telephone enquiries and address any client queries.
* Follow the agreed sales process and maintain accurate sales records.
* Deliver store sales in line with targets and actively promote the company’s products at all times.
Key Skills and Personal Attributes
* Excellent people skills and a professional appearance.
* Clear, positive communication with strong negotiation and influencing abilities.
* Relevant experience in face‑to‑face customer sales or the underlying traits to succeed in this role.
* Good verbal, written and numerical literacy.
* Preference for candidates with prior similar sales experience.
Education and Qualifications
* High school diploma or equivalent; further education or degree preferred.
* Relevant experience and a strong customer‑sales background are advantageous.
