We are seeking a dynamic and motivated Band 6 Occupational Therapist to join a dedicated multidisciplinary team in Liverpool. Key Responsibilities: * Provide comprehensive occupational therapy assessments and interventions to patients with a wide range of conditions. * Work closely with patients, families, and other healthcare professionals to develop and implement personalised care plans. * Support patients in achieving independence in daily living skills through goal-oriented treatment plans. * Supervise and support junior staff, students, or Band 5 OTs as required. * Maintain accurate and timely clinical records in accordance with professional and local standards. * Participate in regular team meetings, service development initiatives, and CPD opportunities. * Ensure effective discharge planning and contribute to safe and timely transitions of care. Requirements: * Degree or diploma in Occupational Therapy. * HCPC registration as an Occupational Therapist. * Minimum of 2 years post-qualification experience, ideally in an NHS or similar clinical setting. * Strong clinical reasoning, communication, and organisational skills. * Ability to work independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team. * Previous experience in [e.g., acute, mental health, neuro, community rehab – tailor depending on the setting].
