iSAMS, our specialist education software brand, is looking for a talented and motivated Customer Account Manager (CAM) to join the team. This is an exciting opportunity for someone with experience selling into the education sector to drive impact, growth, and customer success from within the IRIS family.
What’s the Role About?
As a CAM, you’ll be the key point of contact for our client schools—building strong, lasting relationships, identifying upsell opportunities, and helping our customers get the most out of iSAMS. Your focus will be on retention, engagement, and growth.
What You’ll Be Doing:
Build Trusted Relationships – Engage with schools to support their ongoing success and maximise their use of iSAMS.
Drive Sales Growth – Identify, manage, and close upsell and cross-sell opportunities across our product suite.
Champion Our Solutions – Deliver compelling online and face-to-face product presentations.
️ Be the Customer Voice – Share customer feedback internally to continuously improve the iSAMS experience.
Stay Market-Savvy – Keep up with education trends and competitor activity to inform conversations.
️ Own Your Pipeline – Keep Salesforce up to date with accurate data on opportunities and actions.
What You’ll Bring to the Role:
