The COMPANY

They are one of the UK's leading businesses in their field, serving 130,000 clients worldwide, with highly trained and rewarded staff. They are currently seeking an experienced Field Sales Executive.
The ROLE
The successful candidate will:
* Take a consultative approach to sales, providing tailored solutions to clients.
* Attend sales appointments scheduled by their telemarketing partner.
* Self-generate new leads through networking, referrals, and cold calling.
* Work in a fast-paced, target-driven, high-energy environment.
* Receive comprehensive training, including a four-week induction.
CANDIDATE REQUIREMENTS
Ideal candidates will have:
* B2B field sales experience.
* Understanding of a consultative sales process.
* Ambition and entrepreneurial spirit.
* Experience in self-generating leads.
* Experience selling to SMEs.
* Strong closing skills.
* Excellent communication and organizational skills.
* A full driving license.
COMPENSATION AND BENEFITS
* Basic salary: £30K, guaranteed to £60K in the first year.
* £90K OTE uncapped; top earners earn over £150K.
* Company car or £5,000 car allowance.

COMMISSION STRUCTURE
Calculated quarterly based on sales:
* 0 to £200,000 = 5% commission
* Over £200,000 = 10% uncapped
QUARTERLY BONUS
Achieve 30 deals and generate £325,000 revenue to earn a £5,000 bonus.
