Key job responsibilities
Job Responsibilities: The training specialist will be responsible for all learning interventions for QC Hubs across the entire region.
1. Own business goals and intervene by identifying knowledge gaps to be filled.
2. Proactively recommend ways and support the mapped GSF Sites towards meeting business goals.
3. Proactively track mapped sites performance and pre-announce training interventions.
4. Supervise structured learning metrics and oversee their results for the assigned sites.
5. Manage live performance metrics end to end for the assigned sites.
6. Conduct learning sessions on new processes as well as BQM through ITL or digital learning as required. Deliver various training courses for continuous learning.
7. Maintain data and analysis through reports on Excel as per business requirements.
8. Ensure completion of new hire training programs, coaching, and other performance improvement programs on time.
9. Partner with operations leaders during site audits to check process compliance and address gaps immediately.
10. Identify and certify learning coaches.
11. Lead individual improvement projects to enhance business performance.
12. Drive Quality & Learning metrics.
13. Conduct chime sessions and classroom sessions for stakeholders.
Additional key responsibilities include:

3. Monitor performance of mapped stations and plan training interventions accordingly.
4. Supervise structured learning metrics for the territory and region.
5. Manage live performance metrics end to end.
6. Conduct training sessions on new processes and BQM, delivering various courses for continuous learning.
7. Maintain and analyze data through reports on Excel.
8. Ensure timely completion of training and performance programs.
9. Collaborate with leaders during audits to ensure compliance and address gaps.
10. Identify and certify learning coaches.
11. Lead projects aimed at business improvement.
12. Drive quality and learning metrics.
13. Conduct sessions for stakeholders.
A day in the life:
* Track daily business metrics and plan visits to hubs for improvement.
* Engage with hub teams to promote L&D activities.
* Report progress and updates to the Hub Training Manager.
BASIC QUALIFICATIONS
* Experience in customer service and project handling is advantageous.
* Ability to translate and add voice-over in regional languages.
* Support data management through analysis and reporting.
* Ability to present complex information to diverse audiences.
* Proficiency in MS Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
* Graduate in any field.
* Excellent organizational and interpersonal skills.
* Flexibility to work on weekends if required.
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
Proven experience as a Training Specialist or Trainer in a similar role.
