Hours: 40 Hours Per Week - Full Time
Pay: 12.65 Per Hour
Requirements: Mon-Sun Flexibility, Head Barista Experience

What you'll be doing
As a Head barista you will be the coffee master of your store. Your extensive knowledge about specialty coffee will help you to lead the team, make product orders and drive sales through the roof.
1. Teach others about efficient workflow, the perfect espresso shot and acing their latte art
2. Assist the General Manager with scheduling, rotas, stock management and inventory
3. Proactively maintain all compliance standards. Ensure a clean, safe, fully operational coffee station
