Main Duties of This Role
* Implement and maintain effective processes to achieve customer satisfaction levels above the manufacturer national average.
* Monitor and control costs in line with the business plan while maintaining quality standards and customer service.
* Ensure accurate collection and recording of customer data according to Group standards.
* Adhere to manufacturer standards at all times.
* Maintain a safe working environment.
* Monitor colleague performance.
The ideal candidate will have a successful track record in a similar role, demonstrating the ability to increase performance, profitability, and operational efficiency. Strong leadership and people management skills are essential to lead the team towards business objectives.
