HR & People Administrator
Location: Stansted, Essex — Part‑time, hybrid flexibility.

The Role
This is a varied, people‑focused role that supports the Founders and wider team by providing exceptional experience for both clients and their people.

We are looking for someone who loves variety, is naturally organised, enjoys supporting people, takes pride in getting the details right and wants to grow a career within HR and people operations.
Key Responsibilities
HR & People Support
* Managing HR inboxes and queries
* Drafting contracts, letters, onboarding packs and HR documentation
* Updating systems, including BreatheHR
* Maintaining employee records and trackers
* Supporting onboarding and employee lifecycle activities
* Supporting HR People Partners with client preparation
Business & Operational Support
* Supporting client onboarding and administration
* Preparing presentations and client documentation
* Supporting invoicing and payment tracking
* Assisting with diary coordination and office organisation
* Helping improve systems and processes as we grow
What You’ll Need
Essential
* Experience in administration, HR support or business operations
* Excellent organisation and attention to detail
* Strong written communication skills
* Confidence managing multiple priorities
* Comfortable using systems and learning new technology
* Proactive, positive and solutions‑focused mindset
Desirable
* CIPD Level 3 (or working towards)
* SME or consultancy experience
* Canva, PowerPoint or Google Workspace skills
* Interest in employment law and people development

Working Pattern
* Part‑time: 20–24 hours per week
* Monday to Friday or across 3–4 days
* Morning availability preferred due to client activity
* Based at Stansted Courtyard with flexibility where appropriate
