Job Description
3. Draft, negotiate, and manage SaaS, cloud infrastructure, and data platform agreements.
4. Advise on regional and international cloud compliance, data protection, and AI regulations.
5. Lead legal negotiations with global tech vendors, resellers, and enterprise customers.
6. Develop and maintain master subscription agreements and agile IT outsourcing contracts.
7. Advise on data protection, cloud compliance, and technology regulations across jurisdictions.
8. Collaborate with internal stakeholders including strategy, product, and commercial teams to ensure legal alignment with business goals.
9. Manage legal risk across commercial contracts, focusing on liability and subscription models.
10. Manage external counsel relationships and mentor junior legal staff.
The Successful Applicant
11. Strong experience in commercial technology law, ideally with exposure to cloud, SaaS, and data platforms.
12. Background in international law firms or multinational tech companies preferred.
13. Proven track record negotiating international tech agreements and customer-facing contracts.
14. Strong understanding of KSA legal frameworks and regional regulatory environments.
15. Experience working with subscription models, AI-injected solutions, and digital platforms.
16. Practical, hands-on approach to legal problem-solving and contract drafting.
17. Arabic language skills are a plus but not mandatory.
