We’re looking for a dynamic and detail‑oriented Assistant Marketing Manager - Brand, Social and Content to join our fast‑paced marketing team. This hands‑on role supports the delivery of multi‑channel marketing activity from concept to execution, while also ensuring smooth day‑to‑day operations across the department.
You’ll help shape and deliver engaging content, social media campaigns, customer communications, and event support—always with the customer front of mind and in line with our commitment to Consumer Duty.
Key Responsibilities
* Deliver end‑to‑end marketing activity across digital, print, and social channels.
* Create and brief internal and external teams on creative requirements.
* Ensure all materials meet regulatory and brand standards.
* Support events planning and execution, including logistics and budget tracking.
* Schedule and monitor social media posts; report engagement metrics.
* Upload and optimise website content using CMS and SEO best practices.
* Manage the marketing inbox and respond to enquiries.
* Proofread and prepare documents for approval.
* Monitor campaign performance using tools like Salesforce, Google Analytics, and Hotjar.
* Raise POs and manage invoice queries in line with bank processes.
* Provide general marketing operations and admin support.
What We’re Looking For
* Experience in multi‑channel marketing (on/offline), ideally in B2B, Financial Services, or Fintech.
* Strong understanding of marketing principles and brand governance.
* Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
* Collaborative mindset with a can‑do attitude.
* Exceptional attention to detail and organisational skills.
* Ability to self‑manage while being a strong team player.
* Editorial flair with the ability to write engaging content for diverse audiences.
