We are recruiting for an experienced Lettings Negotiator to join an independent, multi-service property company based in Brighton. This role is suited to someone with a proven background in residential lettings who is confident negotiating deals and identifying opportunities to grow business levels within the local market. What You'll Be Doing (Key Responsibilities): Managing residential lettings from enquiry through to agreement Negotiating tenancy terms between landlords and tenants Conducting property viewings and handling applicant enquiries Identifying and securing new business opportunities Building and maintaining strong client relationships Providing accurate advice on the local lettings market Delivering a consistently high level of customer service Supporting the wider team to achieve branch objectives What We're Looking For (Skills & Experience): Previous experience in residential lettings Strong negotiation skills with a proven track record Confident and professional telephone manner Excellent customer service skills Well presented with a positive attitude Self-motivated and commercially aware Good local knowledge of the Brighton area preferred Full UK driving licence required What's In It For You?
