Design Manager - £278 - £323 per day Inside IR35 - 3 Month - Glasgow (Remote)
One of Lorien's key public sector clients is looking for a Design Manager to join their team on an initial 3-month contract
Key Responsibilities:
* Managing and supporting a team of designers
* Overseeing design workflow, prioritisation, and delivery of projects
* Working closely with stakeholders across the organisation to scope and prioritise design requests
* Ensuring high-quality design output across branding, publications, and internal communications
* Supporting delivery across a range of assets including reports, learning materials, and digital content
Key Skills & Experience:
* Experience managing or leading design teams
* Strong background in graphic design/communications design
* Proven ability to manage multiple projects and balance workload demand
* Solid experience using Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop)
* Strong stakeholder management and communication skills
* Experience in public sector or regulated environments is beneficial
