Job Description
3. Plan, execute, and oversee property projects from initiation to completion.
4. Coordinate with contractors, suppliers, and internal teams to ensure project requirements are met.
5. Monitor project progress and address any issues that may arise.
6. Ensure compliance with relevant regulations and company standards.
7. Conduct site inspections to ensure quality and progress align with project goals.
8. Maintain clear communication with stakeholders throughout the project lifecycle.
9. Provide regular updates and reports to senior management on project performance.

The Successful Applicant
A successful Field Property Manager should have:
11. Has Assistant Property Manager or similar experience.
12. Strong knowledge of property industry regulations and standards.
13. Excellent organisational and multitasking abilities.
14. Effective communication and negotiation skills.
15. Proficiency in project management tools and software.
16. A relevant qualification in project management or a related field.
17. A proactive approach to problem-solving and decision-making.
18. Likes to be on the road travelling to different sites.
