6. Support the drafting and reviewing of legal documents, such as contracts and leases.
7. Ensure compliance with all legal and regulatory requirements in the property sector.
8. Maintain accurate and up-to-date records and documentation.
9. Provide administrative support to the legal team as required.
10. Assist with the completion and post-completion stages of property transactions.
The Successful Applicant
A successful Conveyancing Paralegal should have:
