Business Support Administrator - Primary Care Out of Hours Service (GMED)
GMED provides urgent care outside normal GP hours across the Grampian region, supporting a population of approximately 640,000. We are currently seeking a Business Support Administrator to join our team.
As a Business Support Administrator, you will play a key role in ensuring the smooth operation of GMED’s urgent care services. You will support clinical and support teams by managing rotas, handling sensitive information, and maintaining accurate records across multiple systems.
This full‑time role involves working 36 hours per week, Monday to Friday (must have flexibility to work between 8am – 6pm). The role requires reliability and the ability to work in a busy environment.
Key Requirements
* Experience with Microsoft Office and administrative systems
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team
* Strong attention to detail and a methodical approach
* Willingness to learn and adapt
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
* Previous experience of rota or schedule management would be an advantage
