The role:
We are hiring a Director of Product to oversee user journeys for temporary insurance across RVU brands. You will lead our product team to innovate and improve our consumer-facing journeys.
You will work with senior leaders and your team to define the vision and strategy, prioritize roadmaps, collaborate on new ideas, and plan for the future.
What you’ll be doing:
* Re-imagine insurance journeys across our brands.
* Develop a differentiated customer proposition.
* Understand customer needs through data and share insights within the organization.
* Align stakeholders, prioritize features, and coordinate schedules to deliver quality experiences.
* Promote testing, data-driven decisions, and accountability.
* Lead reviews, update stakeholders, and negotiate priorities.
* Communicate effectively between the product team and the wider organization.
* Collaborate with the Customer Experience team to utilize customer feedback.
Requirements
What you’ll bring:
* Proven leadership in product management and team development.
* Success in scaling consumer digital products that meet user and business goals.
* Experience with user experience and A/B testing.
* Ability to create structure from ambiguity with a pragmatic approach.
* Balance between immediate actions and future planning.
* Data-driven mindset with strong communication skills to influence senior leaders.
