Role Overview
The UK Sports Institute have an exciting opportunity for a full time Software Tester to join the Performance Data Systems Team on a fixed term basis for a period of maternity cover.
Responsibilities
As a software tester, you will be involved in executing the testing strategy for all our applications. You will play an integral role in ensuring the quality and performance of existing systems and new products. You will carry out all forms of testing, inclusive of manual, regression and executing automated tests.
You will be involved in all aspects of agile software development. Actively participating in daily stand‑ups, planning, design, retrospectives, and testing of software solutions used by the UK’s high‑performance sport system (all Olympic and Paralympic sports and UK Sport Institute staff).
You will proactively contribute to continuous improvement of a high performing software development team.
