We’re now looking for a Night Care Team Leader to join our team and help deliver the same outstanding experience through the night as we do during the day. This is not just a night shift job. Its an opportunity to be part of a forward-thinking environment where residents are known as individuals, quality of life comes first, and every team member plays an important role in shaping each person’s experience.

Your role
1. Lead and inspire teams to deliver care that exceeds expectations
2. Oversee medication practices and stock control with absolute precision
3. Build trusted partnerships with professionals, families, and regulators
4. Ensure safe staffing levels and respond to challenges with confidence
5. Champion dignity, choice, and meaningful engagement in every interaction
6. Drive excellence through audits and a culture of continuous improvement
7. Respond effectively to emergencies, ensuring safety and well-being of residents and colleagues
Your skills
8. Level 3 Diploma in Health & Social Care or equivalent qualification
9. Experience in dementia, mental health, and elderly care
10. Proven ability to lead teams with confidence and inspire high performance
11. Knowledge of care legislation, compliance, and audit processes
12. Expertise in creating and maintaining truly person-centred care plans
13. Exceptional communication skills and an unwavering commitment to excellence
