Job Title: Sales Team Manager
About the Role:
As Sales Team Manager, you will be responsible for inspiring and managing the sales team. You will support the development and execution of strategic sales plans, drive revenue growth, and maximize sales opportunities. Your role includes coaching sales professionals, collaborating with internal stakeholders, and building lasting relationships with clients and industry partners.
Responsibilities:
1. Accelerate the commercial performance of your team by working with the Portfolio Head of Sales to build and execute strategic sales plans aimed at exceeding revenue targets across all product lines.
2. Identify revenue opportunities quickly and tactically, using data as a primary indicator to measure performance against expectations.
3. Manage, motivate, and develop a high-performing sales team by providing guidance, coaching, and support to maximize potential and drive exceptional performance.
4. Explore new solutions and bring plans to life within your team and cross-functionally.
5. Identify training needs and take ownership of delivering necessary improvements.
6. Build and nurture a network of advocates with key clients, industry associations, and strategic partners.
Requirements:
1. Proven track record of leading and developing successful sales teams.
2. Ability to manage a complex sales pipeline, accurately review and forecast performance, market trends, and risks.
3. Experience mentoring sales professionals and promoting sales excellence through consistent core skills practice and training.
4. Monitor market trends and customer feedback to inform sales strategies and drive innovation.
5. Expertise in delivering best-in-class exhibitions, staying ahead of trends and emerging technologies, and representing RX Global at industry events.
6. Willingness to travel (XX%).
