We are looking for a dedicated, compassionate, and reliable Healthcare Assistant to provide person-centred care for a beautiful baby boy within his home environment. Responsibilities
- Work closely with the client, his family, and the wider care team to ensure safety, comfort, and overall well‑being.
- Provide high‑quality care in line with the individual care plan, including monitoring condition and supporting daily routines.
- Create a safe, nurturing, and supportive home environment where the child can thrive.
Qualifications
- Proven track record of going above and beyond, helping clients achieve meaningful outcomes.
- Experience supporting infants, children, or adults with complex medical needs.
- Experience with enteral feeding (NG/PEG feeding).
- Experience with airway management, including suctioning.
- Experience supporting clients with limited mobility and muscle weakness.
- Experience providing care for clients requiring ventilation or oxygen therapy.
- Experience with manual cough assist.
- Must be a driver with a full UK driver’s licence.
