Teach Match Recruitment is seeking passionate and adaptable Supply Teachers across all subject areas for long-term supply positions within our partner schools in Wirral, starting September 2025.
Ideal candidates will be able to deliver engaging lessons in their subject area, manage classrooms effectively, and quickly adapt to different school environments. These roles are perfect for teachers seeking flexible opportunities while making a real impact in schools.
Responsibilities:
Deliver subject-specific lessons in line with the national curriculum
Manage classroom behaviour and foster a positive learning environment
Adapt teaching strategies to meet the diverse needs of students
Collaborate with school staff and contribute to a supportive school culture
Provide feedback on student progress as required
Requirements:
Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent
Strong subject knowledge in your specialist area(s)
Excellent communication and organisational skills
Previous teaching experience is essential
