Our Client is a national stockist and distributor of welding equipment and consumables, supplying top-tier manufacturers and offering services such as machine repairs, calibration, and hire. With over 40 years in the industry and a loyal, long-standing workforce, they operate from multiple branches across the region and pride themselves on reliable service, technical expertise, and customer-first values.
Roles/Responsibilities
* Manage and grow a portfolio of existing customer accounts.
* Identify and win new business within the metal fabrication and manufacturing sectors.
* Promote a wide range of welding equipment, consumables, PPE, and services.
* Collaborate with internal teams to ensure timely and efficient customer support.
* Meet and exceed sales targets with a focus on territory growth.
* Maintain accurate sales forecasts, records, and reporting.
Qualifications
* Proven B2B sales experience, ideally in welding, MRO, tooling, or related technical sectors.
* Demonstrated success in both new business development and account management.
* Strong technical aptitude and understanding of client needs.
* Excellent interpersonal, negotiation, and communication skills.
* Highly self-motivated and able to work independently or as part of a team.
